Big Rig Friendly
There is a designated area for RVs and Trailers to park whether you are staying as a Harvest Host guest or just passing through for a stop. Olive pit is right on an exit and entrance ramp on Interstate 5.
If you are staying as a Harvest Host guest, be aware that there are no hook-ups like most Harvest Hosts.
Huge Selection of a Variety of Products
The store and restaurant is PACKED with every conceivable olive oil/balsamic/produce concoction you can imagine. The inventory includes a huge variety of Olives, Olive Oil, Craft Beer, Wine, Nuts, Flavored Balsamic Vinegar, Mustards and Gift items. Olive Pit is proud to feature many local products as well.
Olive Oil & Wine Tasting Bars
They have an Olive Oil Tasting Bar as well as a Wine Tasting Bar. Due to COVID-19, both bars were closed when we visited. We would definitely try them both next time we’re passing through this area
Cafe and Signature Shakes
The Olive Pit also has a Cafe! They have cozy indoor seating and outdoor. The sandwiches are really good. And you need to experience their signature shakes made with their delicious flavored oils and vinegars. Sounds weird but they’re suppose to be delicious! We were too full to try one….. my only regret about coming here! Next time, we’ll be trying several!!
